Description

Five Pro site licenses for a group with several tasting rooms. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A license is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a license lapses nothing is deleted – the winery is paused rather than locked, every screen stays readable and the data can be exported.

  • Wines with their SKU, varietal, vintage, appellation, style, bottle format, alcohol, case size, price, member price, cost, reorder point, tasting notes and food pairing – and the bottling lots behind each one, with the lot code, the date bottled, the bottles it made and the vessel.
  • A cellar counted in bottles per wine per location, with a reserve for what a club release or an unpaid order has already spoken for, so the tasting room cannot sell the same bottles twice, and a movement ledger that keeps the reason for every change.
  • A tasting-room till across all four channels a winery sells through – tasting room, online, club and event – with the member price applied by the software, and the cost of each line kept at the time of sale so a margin report years later still tells the truth.
  • The wine club: tiers with a bottle count, shipments a year, member discount and shipping discount; memberships with a hold date for the member who pauses over the summer, a cancellation reason, a separate shipping address, lifetime value, and a warning on a card that expires before the next release.
  • Building a release: choose the wines and the price per tier, build an order for every active member, then work through charged, skipped and failed – a failure has to be given a reason, because a decline and an expired card are chased in completely different ways – then pack, ship with a carrier and tracking, or hold for pickup, and close it.
  • Events and tastings with capacity, a price and a member price, minimum and maximum guests, a host, a members-only switch, bookings through confirmed, attended and no-show, and a guest list that exports.
  • Specials kept as rules rather than prices typed over the top: percent off, amount off, buy one get one, a case discount or free shipping, scoped to everything, a wine, a varietal, a style or a club tier, with minimums, a date window and usage caps.
  • Seven reports: sales by wine, by channel and by day, the club as tiers and churn and as money, events and attendance, inventory, and what the specials cost. Every one of them exports as a spreadsheet.
  • A permissions matrix over five powers – prices, refunds, deletions, reports and running a club release – so a pourer can pour without being able to reprice the list.
  • Unlimited users. Nineteen tables of winery data in your own WordPress database.
  • The Pro edition on the license. In 1.0.0 the plugin reads which edition you hold and no screen is gated behind it, so Standard and Pro are the same software today; Pro is the tier the multi-site licenses and the coming API are sold under.

New add-on – coming soon: TEG Rover, a phone app for drivers delivering wine-club shipments and orders. The winery schedules deliveries with a priority and a checklist per visit type; an on-shift driver claims one from the open board (two can never take the same call), gets spoken turn-by-turn directions or opens Google or Apple Maps, and must tick every checklist item to complete the visit, which uploads and closes the call. GPS check-ins every 5-10 minutes ONLY while on shift, with the closest driver suggested to the office; a visit finished without signal is sent when the signal returns; each phone pairs by scanning a QR code with its own revocable key, no passwords. Designed for the adult signature and the age and ID check at the door that alcohol delivery requires: a delivery can be set so it cannot be completed until the driver records that ID was checked and an adult signed. The rules differ from state to state, and meeting yours stays your responsibility. Your data stays on your own site and there is no monthly fee per driver. Android first, iPhone later. In testing now; sold separately, pricing to be announced.

What it is not: it takes no card payments of its own – it records what was charged, on what, by whom and when. There is no web store, online checkout or customer account page in 1.0.0, no interstate compliance or wine shipping tax, and no winemaking records: this starts at the bottled lot.
