TEG-SALON – Standard (5 sites)

Description

Five Standard site licenses for groups and agencies. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A license is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a license lapses nothing is deleted – every screen stays readable and the data can be exported.

• The processing gap. A root tint is 20 minutes of application, 35 while it develops and 25 to finish. The chair is busy for 80 minutes; the stylist for 45. Book it as one block, as nearly every diary does, and you throw those 35 minutes away – every color, all day.
• So the diary asks two questions: is the STYLIST free, and is the CHAIR free. It will offer a fringe trim at the exact moment somebody else’s foils are developing.
• Patch tests that EXPIRE and refuse the booking – and know the difference between no test, an expired one, a test done this morning (48 hours is the rule) and a recorded reaction, which never expires.
• Color formulas exact enough to repeat when the stylist who wrote them is away: tubes and weights, developer and ratio, where on the head, how long, and what it actually looked like afterwards.
• Commission for employed stylists AND chair renters in the same room – opposite arrangements, both worked out, with a closed period never recalculated.
• Utilization that counts hours SOLD against hours ROSTERED, with processing time correctly not counted as worked.

New add-on – coming soon: TEG Rover, a phone app for mobile stylists: weddings, events and appointments in the client’s own home. The office schedules at-home and on-location appointments with a priority and a checklist per visit type; an on-shift stylist claims one from the open board (two can never take the same call), gets spoken turn-by-turn directions or opens Google or Apple Maps, and must tick every checklist item to complete the visit, which uploads and closes the call. GPS check-ins every 5-10 minutes ONLY while on shift, with the closest stylist suggested to the office; a visit finished without signal is sent when the signal returns; each phone pairs by scanning a QR code with its own revocable key, no passwords. Booking, formulas and patch tests stay in TEG-SALON: the app carries the trip, the checklist and the finished appointment. Your data stays on your own site and there is no monthly fee per stylist. Android first, iPhone later. In testing now; sold separately, pricing to be announced.
