TEG-AUTOSHOP – Standard (5 sites)

Description

Five Standard site licenses for groups and agencies. Every install carries a free 30-day Pro trial with no sign-up. A license is for one WordPress site; codes are Ed25519-signed and verified offline, so the plugin keeps working if our server is down. When a license lapses nothing is deleted – every screen stays readable and the data can be exported.

• Two numbers, not one. A brake job BOOKS at 1.8 hours – what the customer pays and what a flat-rate technician earns. The clock says 1.1, or 2.6. Both are kept, so efficiency (book sold / clock present) and productivity (clock on jobs / clock present) are separate figures. A technician at 70% efficiency and 95% productivity has a different problem from one at 70% and 60%, and they look identical on a profit and loss account.
• Authorization is a record, not a flag. Amount, who agreed, when, by what means, and what was said – and a line that would take the order past the ceiling is REFUSED, naming the shortfall so you can ring and say a number.
• Declined work kept with the MILEAGE it was found at, so next year you can say “your rear pads were at 3mm eleven thousand miles ago” instead of “you declined brakes in March”.
• A parts matrix that marks up by cost BAND – a $4 clip and a $400 compressor should never carry the same margin – with cores kept out of revenue.
• Multi-point inspections with measurements, which is what turns a finding into a sale.

New add-on – coming soon: TEG Rover, a phone app for mobile mechanics on roadside and at-home repairs, and for whoever picks a vehicle up from its owner and brings it back. The office schedules mobile repairs, roadside calls, pickups and returns with a priority and a checklist per visit type; an on-shift technician claims one from the open board (two can never take the same call), gets spoken turn-by-turn directions or opens Google or Apple Maps, and must tick every checklist item to complete the visit, which uploads and closes the call. GPS check-ins every 5-10 minutes ONLY while on shift, with the closest technician suggested to the office; a visit finished without signal is sent when the signal returns; each phone pairs by scanning a QR code with its own revocable key, no passwords. At a pickup or return the shop can require photos of the vehicle’s condition and the owner’s signature, and a balance due is recorded as collected at the door (no card data passes through the app). The repair order itself is still written up in TEG-AUTOSHOP. Your data stays on your own site and there is no monthly fee per technician. Android first, iPhone later.
